Dirty Projectors are weird. Really weird. I find their stuff quite abstract and for the most part I'm not sure what to make of it, or where exactly it fits in the music spectrum. That's not to say they're not talented, just the opposite, they're just very unique. This particular track is one of the more conventional ones I've heard put out by them. See if you can decipher their groove.
