I've returned from my long Irish sojourn intact! In my absence the world has evolved somewhat. It's warmer here in Halifax, Manchester City has toppled Manchester United from the top of the Premier League, Leinster and Ulster will do battle for Heineken Cup glory, the GOP race is down to Ron Paul vs Mitt Romney, Nicolas Sarkozy is no longer the president of France, T.E.E.D. has a new album on the way, and the Blogger interface has been updated! Oh how times have changed! Hahaha... prepare for new original music, and a new website that's taking longer than I had anticipated to get done. Need to get my energy levels back up. Coffee time!

Ron Paul can't be bought
That same greasy so-and-so Abramoff here says that Ron Paul is untouchable. He can't be bought. If that isn't a huge endorsement of the man's character I don't know what is.

Dennis Kucinich voted out of congress
It's a sad day for common sense in Washington. Kucinich was one of the few men who stood for principles rather than votes and dollar signs. That, in the end, is what appears to have cost him his spot. Hopefully he'll find a way to remain in politics. A Ron Paul - Dennis Kucinich presidential campaign would gather a ton of momentum.

The Great Awakening
You probably don't need to watch this, just another revolution video. It's a good one though, so maybe it's worth the four and a half minutes.

Blatant voter fraud in Maine
If you think this is an isolated incident give your head a shake.

Freedom Watch cancelled
The only show worth watching on Fox has been cancelled. Judge Andrew Napolitano's two year run has come to and end after the network bigwigs decided that there was simply too much truth being spread for it to continue to be on a strictly entertainment only network. The announcement followed the airing of the episode which included the clip below.

Ice skating in Amsterdam
It's truly a crazy world that we live in. Athens is burning after another Greek bailout; American cops are still shooting innocent people; Mohamed Nasheed has been kicked out of office in the Maldives; Fukushima continues to melt and threatens Japan; the Republican state primaries are complete fiction; and the Chinese are having debt problems of their own, which begs the question, if China has no money, and Europe has no money, and the US has no money... who the hell has all the money?
None of this seems to matter in Amsterdam, however, where the current cold snap has frozen its canals for the first time in 15 years. Enjoy this little break from insanity, complete with a lovely song from Patrick Watson and the Cinematic Orchestra.

Elimination of income tax would create jobs
This economist doesn't think Ron Paul is a looney.

Lawrence O'Donnell exposes Associated Press lies
Once again the mainstream media is caught lying. Why do we put up with this crap?

CNN reporter Dana Bash gets put in her place
It's not easy being a corporate hack employee. I like how she compares her situation to the Arab-Israeli conflict. I want some of what she's smoking.

Armed Chinese troops in Texas!
Well, not really, but imagine!
Ron Paul's future predictions from 2002
All came true. No, he's not a prophet, he just knows how to read and prefers to talk out of his mouth rather than his rectum.
The Washington press corps fears Ron Paul
And for a very good reason. Just one more reason to vote for him.

Ron Paul takes third in Iowa
Well Ron Paul didn't quite win Iowa like we had hoped, but Iowa doesn't really count, right? Well ok, maybe it does, sorta, but the only stat that matters coming out of Iowa are the number of RNC party delegates (i.e. seats) won by each candidate, and that won't be decided for a few months. In that sense it's highly conceivable that Ron Paul did, in fact, win Iowa. And we thought Canadian politics were weird? It's no wonder people get turned off by the stuff.
Anyway it's interesting to note that the Associated Press is reporting that Mitt Romney won 13 delegates and Rick Santorum 12, which is a complete fabrication. The United Corporation of America really doesn't want Ron Paul to win. Here's another interesting statistic.

Ron Paul uncut interview with Gloria Borger
I promise this will be my last political post of 2011. This is the full, uncut interview that Ron Paul did with CNN's Gloria Borger, not the bogus misleading garbage that the media has been trying to use against him in their pathetic smear campaign. Honestly, CNN is a disgrace, and Ms. Borger is a complete joke.

Ron Paul's answers at the Iowa debate
Once again I maintain that I find it virtually impossible for any educated person to consciously support anyone but Ron Paul in the upcoming election. Here are his responses from Sunday night's ABC Iowa debate. I think they speak for themselves.

Ron Paul presser and interview
Another great interview with Dr. Paul. I was impressed, but not really surprised, to hear him say basically the same thing I did about his press team's Newt Gingrich video. He's also released his first TV spot, check it out below.

Newt Gingrich slammed by Ron Paul campaign
I really don't like this side of politics, I don't agree with it and I think the method is abhorrent in an educated society, but maybe I have to quell this idea somewhat as I'm not sure the public at large is sufficiently politically educated. At least they've used Gingrich's own words against him, and not just put a bunch of nonsense statements out. Anyway I couldn't begin to imagine the horror that the world would become if the Newt somehow won. Won't happen, so I can rest easy.
