The Saturday Beat

Sorry ya'll, I've been on the road! It's tricky to do some bloggin' when you're on the run. Anyway let's get this back in shape with the last bunch of beats for 2014! Why? Because my annual best of starts on Thursday! Holy moly! Guess I'd better get my list ready...

Soulful deep style driving beats.

Deep techy progressive.

Glorious percussive bounce tech.

Sexy silky smooooooth.

Nice remix of a classic.

Weird but kinda interesting tech track.

These guys are THE kings of jackin' house.

Bloody new garage!

Shinichi Osawa - Love Will Guide You

This is a sweet fresh track from Shinichi Osawa, from his new album "SO2". I would describe his style as MSTRKRFT vs Röyksopp meets the Chemical Brothers after a nice cup of Fake Blood. Complete and utter madness. Seriously, click that link. Apparently Tommie Sunshine contributed somehow to this one. That calls for some bonus beats.

Fake Blood - I Think I Like It [Tommie Sunshine & Figure's Ec$tacy Edit]

I'm on at the Phoenix again tonight. I think I'll play that one.

Animal Collective - Summertime Clothes

It's summer. Really. For good this time. I'm sure of it. I'd like to see these guys at a summertime festival show some time. I don't really know much about them except that they're weird and probably fun to watch. Any band called Animal Collective just has to be. They make kooky videos too. Go put on your summer clothes and rock out.

BONUS BEATS!

Fake Blood - Fix Your Accent

Yeah buddy!
