The new album from these cats is impressive. It's a bit more melodic than I'm used to hearing from them but it works. Definitely in the running for my year end best of list.

Daniel Avery - Drone Logic

This one comes from an album that was most unfortunate not to make my Best of 2013 list. So much so I just had to go back and check to make sure that it didn't, because I really thought that it did in the end. I'm feelin' kinda country-ish today. As country as I get, that is. Truth be told I don't like country music. I don't mind some of the older stuff, real country as I like to call it. No fake accents, pick up trucks, and regurgitated lyrics over pop beats. More of a folk feel to it. Kinda like this. Dope track with a dope video. Nothing says country like Jap-anime.
